We were first time buyer and had the added complication that both of us had a mixture of income streams (which included both employed and self employed income)... I would highly recommend, especially for anyone self employed/ with more complex incomes

My experience was outstanding... given the unenviable task of arranging two buy to let mortgages and a residential mortgage, there was a great deal of research and problem solving in order to pull things off, he kept positive and used contacts at the institutions to help speed things up. Would fully recommend and would use again, good value for money.
